Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran sign memorandum of understanding

On August 27, in order to further advance the work of the North-South transport corridor led by Russia, Azerbaijan and Iran, the heads of customs of the three countries gathered in Tehran. .

Tehran hosted the meeting of three national delegations led by Azerbaijan's Deputy Chairman of the Customs Committee Shaheen Bakirov, Iranian Customs Chief Alireza Mogadsi and Russian Customs Chief Vladimir Bulawi.

During this period, Shaheen Bakilov pointed out the importance of the tripartite meeting and stressed the importance of developing international customs cooperation. The establishment of infrastructure, new roads and logistics centers in the liberated areas of Azerbaijan will further strengthen and expand the possibilities of transportation cooperation.
